In certain relationships, I've felt that I wasn't able to say how I was truly feeling or thinking because I didn't want to hurt feelings. People talk the talk because it’s easy; anyone can do it and feel instant gratification. It’s a fine line between keeping it real with someone you care about yet not being overly critical or dismissive.

P. Kruise and I were inspired to write a song about this concept. At the end of the day, I always bite my tongue.
